What We Did
1-Tom Plumber had real demand and a real reputation across Long Island, but marketing activity and what happened after a lead came in weren't connected to each other. Advertising, content, and recruitment outreach were all running, but a new customer inquiry and a new job applicant didn't have a consistent home once they arrived — follow-up depended on whoever happened to see the message first, on the customer side and the hiring side alike.
We built a GoHighLevel CRM around 1-Tom's lead and recruiting activity so every inquiry — customer or applicant — landed in one tracked pipeline instead of scattered inboxes and phones. Meta advertising, social content, and video gave the brand consistent attention, and structured lead workflows with SMS/email automation made sure a new lead or applicant triggered an immediate, defined next step instead of waiting on someone to be free.
Turning everyday plumbing problems into immediate action.
The campaign paired direct homeowner messaging with clear calls to action, generating more opportunities while the CRM and follow-up system handled what happened after the lead came in.
Instead of judging each channel on its own, the focus shifted to what happened between attention and a booked outcome. A customer nurture sequence kept warm leads from going cold while a crew was out on a job, and a parallel recruitment nurture sequence did the same for applicants — so hiring stopped competing with customer follow-up for the same attention.
Meta ads and content generate the initial attention; the CRM captures it the moment it arrives; automated SMS/email workflows carry the first response and follow-up without waiting on a person to be free; and separate customer and recruitment nurture tracks keep both sides of the business — new jobs and new hires — moving instead of sitting in an inbox.
Good work deserves to be seen.
